대여위치의 이용약관
- At this location the minimum age is 23, renters 23-24 years will be charged an underage fee of 35.00 USD per day. Renters 71 or over will be charged an additional rental fee of rental fee of 35.00 USD per day.
- At the time of rental, the driver must present a valid driver's license in the driver's name from their country of residence. Customers presenting a driver's license in a non-roman alphabet must also present an International Driving Permit (IDP) to serve as a translation in addition to their valid driver's license. If the customer has a Nicaraguan driver's license than a special category 4B or 5 license is required for car group M (FVMR - 15 passengers). An International Driving Permit (IDP) serves only as a translation of a driver's existing license, and by itself is not acceptable for vehicle rental. When required, an IDP must be used in conjunction with the driver's valid, current license as issued by the country of residence.

- Avis accepts the Avis Charge Card, American Express, MasterCard and Visa. An additional charge card hold will apply ranging from 500.00 USD to 1,500.00 USD depending on the vehicle rented.
- Public liability and property damage coverage is not included in rates. Customers are required to purchase ALI (See ALI/SLI for information). NULL Customer may inquire for additional information at the time of rental. Public liability insurance is with in accordance of the insurance laws of the country. Customer may inquire for additional information of the benefits, conditions and acceptance at the time of rental. Note: Some credit cards provide insurance coverage, with certain limitations, as a benefit of using the card to rent vehicles. The customer is advised to contact the card issuer before the rental. Any waiver must be discussed directly with the location upon arrival.
- Cars can be returned to other Avis locations within Nicaragua based on car availability. Fees vary according to distance between locations and depending on car group rented. One way fees may also apply to any special equipment rented. Vehicles are not permitted to go one-way outside of Nicaragua.
- Loss Damage Waiver (LDW) is optional (taxable) Purchase of LDW is optional (taxable). If LDW is purchased, the renter's liability of financial responsibility for damages in case of collision will be 1,000 USD. The renter will be liable for the full value of the vehicle if loss damage waiver is not purchased. Theft Protection (TP) is included with the purchase of Collision Damage Waiver. If LDW is purchased, the renter's liability for theft of the vehicle will be reduced to 20% of the value of the vehicle. (This does not cover robbery to parts of the car). - Debit cards are accepted. If you are paying with a debit card the rental must be prepaid at the counter. Debit cards are accepted for payment and deposit.
