대여위치의 이용약관
- At this location the minimum age is 22 for all car groups.
- At the time of rental, the driver must present a valid driver's license in the driver's name from their country of residence. Customers presenting a driver's license in a non-Roman alphabet must also present an International Driving Permit (IDP) to serve as a translation in addition to their valid drivers license.
- Specific information for this location is not available at this time.
- Avis Chile accepts Avis Charge Cards, American Express, Diners Club, Mastercard and Visa. At the time of rental, there will be a charge card hold which varies depending on the car group rented. If CDW is accepted, the charge card hold is the estimated rental charges plus 400,000 CHP or 600,000 CHP depending on car group rented. If CDW is declined, the charge card hold is the estimated rental charges plus 3,000,000 CHP. Note: All customers paying with American Express or Visa cards may not be required to leave a deposit, if the local charge card company representative confirms CDW coverage on the vehicle rented. ..
- Public liability insurance is in accordance with the insurance laws of the country. Customer may inquire at the time of rental for additional information of the benefits, conditions and acceptance. Information not available at this time, please check at time of rental. Note: Some credit cards provide insurance coverage, with certain limitations, as a benefit of using the card to rent vehicles. The customer is advised to contact the card issuer before the rental. Any waiver must be discussed directly with the location upon arrival.
- No Avis cars may travel outside of Chile. For now, the Border Crossing Permit service is suspended, so it is not possible to leave the country with a rented vehicle.
- Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) is Optional and includes Theft Protection (TP) Customer is liable for full value of the Avis vehicle if Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) is not taken. Purchase of CDW reduces liability in the event of an accident to the Avis vehicle to 250.00 USD or 1,000.00 USD depending on car group rented. Purchase of CDW reduces liability in the event of theft of the Avis vehicle to 2,500.00 USD for all car groups. Purchase of CDW reduces liability in the event of a turnover, rollover or flipped Avis vehicle to 2,500.00 USD for all car groups. CDW does not cover car accessories such as radio, hub caps, etc. Note: If you require additional insurance coverage you may purchase locally to reduce/remove the insurance excess.
