대여위치의 이용약관
- If you want to pick up the vehicle and return it to a different location, an additional fee will be payable. If you asked for a one-way rental when you booked, the fee will be included in your total rental price. If you didn't ask for a one-way rental when you booked and you want to return the vehicle to a different location in the same country, you can expect pay an additional fee of between MAD 180.00 and MAD 2000.00 Drop offs at a different location must be agreed with us in advance. Please contact us if you would like to understand what additional fee will apply to a one-way rental in circumstances where it didn't form part of your original rental agreement. If you did not request a one-way rental but return the vehicle to a different location, you will be charged a one-way fee at the 'pay at location' prices available on the day you return the vehicle.
- The primary renter and any Additional driver must be at least 25 years old. Maximum age: N/A
- AFTER-HOURS RETURNS Not Accepted Rental vehicle must be returned during office hours. NOTE: Some locations may have a key drop available. If the customer chooses to leave the vehicle, the customer is responsible for the vehicle & all charges (including any damages the vehicle may have incurred during after hours) until the contract can be closed on the following business day. If the location does not have a key drop box, the location does not permit vehicles to be left after closing hours. The customer should never lock the keys inside the car. The customer will be charged a fee for a locksmith to unlock the vehicle.
- At the time of rental, the driver must present a valid driver's license in the driver's name from their country of residence. Customers presenting a driver's license in a non-Roman alphabet must also present an International Driving Permit (IDP) to serve as a translation in addition to their valid drivers license.
- The vehicle will be supplied with a full tank of fuel. You must return it to us with a full tank. We recommend you fill up as close to the return location as you can on the return date and keep the receipt to show us. If you don't return the vehicle with a full tank - and you can't show us a receipt for fuel - we will charge you at the price of 21 MAD per litre plus the cost of refuelling the car for you of 500 MAD. You can choose the Fuel Up Front option. With this option you pay for a full tank of fuel for 18 MAD per litre. Then you just return the vehicle with whatever's left in the tank (even if it's virtually empty) so long as the engine still runs.
- We accept: American Express Visa credit cards Visa debit cards Mastercard credit cards Mastercard debit cards Avis-issued charge cards We don't accept Maestro cards, Visa Electron Cards, Cirrus cards, JCB cards, any pre-paid cards even if they carry the Visa or MasterCard logo or any other cards not listed above. We also do not accept cash. Pre-authorization and Security Deposits Unless confirmed otherwise, the amount of the pre-authorisation taken on pick-up varies between MAD 16 500.00 and MAD 40 000.00 depending on the car group rented. These amounts are included as part of the pre-authorisation in case we have to charge you at the end of the rental for any of the following: i. costs to refuel the vehicle (where relevant). ii. additional rental charges in circumstances where you fail to return the vehicle or any optional extras at the end of the agreed rental period or to the agreed return location. iii. any additional charges or fines you incur relating to your use of the vehicle (which we have been notified of prior to you returning the vehicle, which will include, for example, charges relating to traffic violations); and/or iv. costs incurred as a result of exceeding any relevant mileage restrictions. Where the pre-authorisation we take does not cover the charges you incur, we will request you make a further payment for the additional amounts owed. - Public liability insurance is in accordance with the insurance laws of the country. Customer may inquire at the time of rental for additional information of the benefits, conditions and acceptance. Information not available at this time, please check at time of rental. Note: Some credit cards provide insurance coverage, with certain limitations, as a benefit of using the card to rent vehicles. The customer is advised to contact the card issuer before the rental. Any waiver must be discussed directly with the location upon arrival.
- Damage Waiver In most cases, Damage Waiver is provided with the vehicle as standard. If it is included, it will be stated on your Rental Agreement Form (and in your booking confirmation). Damage Waiver reduces the amount you pay for each clearly separate incident of damage if the vehicle is damaged (or the amount you pay to replace any keys, accessories or vehicle documents that are lost, stolen or damaged). The amount you pay for each clearly separate incident of damage will be the lower of a) the applicable cost payable under the Theft, Loss, and Damages Policy; or b) the excess stated on your Rental Agreement Form. Included as standard Super Damage Waiver (SCDW) An excess reduction product which reduces your damage waiver excess to zero (or, if higher, the amount shown on your Rental Agreement Form). Normally between MAD 132.00 and MAD 572.00 per day Theft Protection waiver (TP) In most cases, Theft Protection waiver is provided with the vehicle as standard. If it is included, it will be stated on your Rental Agreement Form (and in your booking confirmation). Theft Protection waiver reduces the amount you pay if the vehicle is stolen during the rental period. The amount you pay will be the lower of a) the applicable cost payable under the Theft, Loss, and Damages Policy; or b) the excess stated on your Rental Agreement Form. Included as standard Super Theft Protection waiver (STP) An excess reduction product which reduces your theft protection excess to zero. Normally between MAD 44.00 and MAD 110.00 per day Windscreen protection This protection reduces the amount you pay to zero if the windscreen is damaged while you’re renting the vehicle. Having windscreen protection also means you won’t pay a Damage/Loss/Repair Processing Fee. Normally between MAD 33.00 and MAD 89.00 per day Personal Accident Insurance (PAI) Covers the driver of the vehicle in the event of an accident. Personal Accident Insurance provides the following benefits: A maximum of MAD 20 000.00 in the event of death, loss of limbs or eyes or permanent total disability Normally MAD 54.00 per day Super Personal Accident Insurance (SPAI) Provides the following enhanced benefits: A maximum of MAD 40 000.00 in the event of death, loss of limbs or eyes or permanent total disability Normally MAD 102.00 per day Roadside Assistance Plus This product provides roadside assistance without any additional costs being charged if you break down as a result of vehicle failure you have caused (this includes lost keys). Normally MAD 54.00 per day. Protection packages - Zero/Reduced Excess includes Super Damage Waiver, Super Theft Protection, Windscreen Protection See above. Normally between MAD 209.00 to MAD 770.00 per day Protection packages - Complete Protection includes Super Damage Waiver, Super Theft Protection, Windscreen Protection, Super Personal Accident Insurance and Roadside Assistance Plus See above. Normally between MAD 365.00 to MAD 962.00 per day
- Debit cards are not accepted.
